This house was built from one of our own plans that we call "The Benton." It is one our our more popular plans and each customer has modified the plan to fit their own specific needs. This house contains 1624 heated square feet plus a two car garage, covered front porch and screened-in back porch.

This three bedroom, two bath custom house has 1660 square feet of heated space on one floor. Here is an example of the fiber cement siding painted instead of stained. Natural stone has been used as wainscot on the exterior and on the fireplace inside to customize this house for our client.
